Former Cloud9 member Ryan "fREAKAZOiD" Abadir has joined ESEA MDL side Morior Invictus, team member Alex "lanhero" Suarez has revealed.

The 24-year-old has been out of action since December, when Echo Fox allowed all of their players to pursue other opportunities as they looked to build "a world-class winning CS:GO team in 2017" - something that has not yet happened.

Together with his brother, Austin "Cooper-" Abadir, Ryan "freakazoid" Abadir has linked up with one of ESEA MDL's newcomers, Morior Invictus, who topped last season's ESEA Intermediate division.

The ESEA league will kick off on September 24, with 24 teams battling it out for the chance to secure promotion to ESL Pro League Season 7 and to attend the ESEA Global Challenge, later this year.

United States Gabe "Spongey" Greiner
